Designed to keep your visit calm, fair, and safe — for you and every other guest in the lounge.

Appointments & Reservations

We strongly recommend booking ahead, especially for weekend visits and groups of two or more. Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time so we can prepare your station and offer you a complimentary drink. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to keep on time for other guests.

For groups of 3+, premium head-spa services, and signature pedicure packages, a small refundable deposit may be requested at the time of booking. The deposit is applied to your final bill.

Cancellations

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another guest.

Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, may forfeit any deposit on file.

Life happens — if you need to cancel for an emergency, please call us and we will do our best to work with you.

Service Guarantee

If a polish chips or a nail breaks within 3 days of your visit, return to the salon and we will fix it free of charge.

Damage caused by activities outside the salon (heavy lifting, gardening, etc.) is not covered, but we are always happy to provide a repair at a discounted rate.

Our technicians take pride in their craft. If anything about your visit does not meet your expectations, please tell us before you leave so we can make it right.

Children & Family

Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. For their safety and the comfort of other guests, children must remain seated and supervised at all times.

Our Princess Service is designed for children under 10 — they get the full experience with mini manicures, jelly pedicures, and our signature Princess Package (crown, wand, jewels included).

For safety, children under 6 cannot receive gel polish or nail enhancements.

Pricing

Prices marked with "+" are starting prices — final cost varies based on nail length, design complexity, gem work, and additional add-ons.

Your technician will confirm the exact price before beginning your service. There are no surprise charges.

Gratuity is not included in service prices. Cash tips are appreciated by our technicians.

Health & Safety

All tools are hospital-grade sterilized between every guest. Single-use items (files, buffers, pumice) are disposed of after each service.

Please let your technician know if you have any allergies, sensitivities, or recent skin conditions on your hands, feet, or scalp before your service begins.

For your safety, we cannot perform services on areas with open wounds, fungal infections, or active skin conditions.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available in any denomination, redeemable for any service. They never expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced — please treat them like cash.

Privacy

Information you share with us — phone, email, preferences — is used solely to deliver your services and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Photos taken in-salon (e.g. of finished nails) are only shared on our social channels with your explicit permission.
