Booking
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our reservation link at the top of any page, or call us at (210) 688-5333 during business hours. Same-day appointments are subject to availability — we recommend booking 2–3 days in advance for weekends.Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome when seats are open. Appointments take priority, so during peak hours (Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday) we strongly recommend a reservation.Is a deposit required to reserve a service?
A small refundable deposit may be required for groups of 3 or more, or for premium head-spa services. The deposit is applied toward your final bill on the day of your visit.How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time so we can offer you a complimentary drink and prepare your station. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled.

What is the difference between Solar, Gel-X, and Dip Powder?
Solar (acrylic) is the most durable for extensions and shape changes. Gel-X uses pre-made soft gel tips, gentler on the natural nail and quicker to apply. Dip Powder is in between — strong, lightweight, and odorless. Your technician will recommend the best fit for your nails.How long does a typical visit take?
Classic Manicure ~30 min. Pedicures range 45–75 min. Full Sets 60–90 min. Head Spa sessions are timed at 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 minutes depending on the package you choose.Do you offer kids services?
Yes — our Princess Service is designed for children under 10 and includes mini manicures, pedicures, polish, and our signature Princess Package (with crown, wand, and jewels). Bonus: free credits to play our claw machine.Can I bring my own polish or design inspiration?
Absolutely. Bring a photo, swatch, or product — our technicians are happy to color-match or recreate a look you love. Custom nail art is priced per design.

Why are some prices shown as “+”?
A “+” means starting from — final cost varies with length, design complexity, gem work, and additional add-ons. Your technician will confirm the exact price before starting.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Gratuity in cash is appreciated by our technicians.Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — available in any denomination, in-store or by contacting us. They never expire and make a perfect gift for birthdays, Mother's Day, anniversaries, and the holidays.
Your Visit
Are drinks really complimentary?
Yes — cocktails, mocktails, wine, sparkling water, coffee, and tea are all on the house for our guests during their service. Select Golden Signature pedicures include a special Corona-Rita.Is the salon accessible?
Yes — the salon entrance and pedicure area are wheelchair accessible. Please let us know in advance if you need any accommodations and we will make sure your station is ready.Can I bring my child while I get a service?
Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult, but for safety reasons they must remain seated. We recommend booking them a Princess Service so they can enjoy the visit with you.
Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may forfeit any deposit on file.Do you offer service guarantees?
If a polish chips or a nail breaks within 3 days of your visit, return to us and we will fix it free of charge. Damage caused by activities outside the salon is not covered.Is parking available?
Yes — free parking is available in the plaza directly in front of the salon at 5546 N Loop 1604 W, Ste 150.
